For engineering technicians the NICET certification is very important as it can prove competency and commitment to the line of duty. It is affiliated to the National College but it started in 1961 and it is recognized throughout the whole country. This certificate gives assurance to consumers that a technician knows his or her stubs in various fields of engineering.
